Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ACSI Hosting, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ACSI Hosting, LLC.

The Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Use of Service

ACSI Hosting provides professional hosting and related services for standard websites and web applications. You agree to use the services only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You may not use the services for any unlawful purpose or to host content that violates any third-party rights.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify ACSI Hosting immediately of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software provided by ACSI Hosting are owned by ACSI Hosting or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the services without prior written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the services, including hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.

You also agree not to use the services to transmit spam, harass others, or violate any applicable law.

Payment Terms

Fees for services are set forth in the applicable agreement or invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

Limitation of Liability

ACSI Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
